Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! Here’s a breakdown of our cancellation policy for residential cleaning.
For commercial cleaning cancellation policy, refer to your contract.
You can cancel your booking for free up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will lose 20% of your deposit. The remaining 80% of your deposit will be converted into store credit for future services with us.
Cancellations made within 6 hours of your scheduled appointment are considered last-minute. In this case, you will forfeit the full deposit.
