Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! Here’s a breakdown of our cancellation policy to help you understand your options:
You can cancel your booking for free up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will lose 20% of your deposit. The remaining 80% of your deposit will be converted into store credit for future services with us.
Cancellations made within 6 hours of your scheduled appointment are considered last-minute. In this case, you will forfeit the full deposit.
