Please review our terms carefully before using our services to ensure clarity on responsibilities, usage, and service limitations.

Stain and Mold Removal

We cannot guarantee removal of all stains and mold on grout and tile inside the bathroom and kitchen. However, will try our best to have it removed.

Safety Policies

Reaching High Areas – We cannot guarantee we can reach the high areas higher than 6′ ft. Due to liability & safety reasons, our teams are not able to climb on ladders or reach high areas.

Moving Large Appliances – We’re happy to clean around or underneath your large appliances, However, due to liability reasons our cleaners are not able to move them. If you’d like us to do this, we kindly ask that you please move large appliances for us.

Interior Window Cleaning – Window/s should be accessible via 2-3 step ladder. Due to liability & safety reasons, our teams are not able to climb on ladders or reach high areas.

Screen Cleaning – We request that the customer remove screens for our cleaners. Due to liability reasons our teams are not be able to detach and / or install window screens.

Accepted Payment Methods

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancel 48h before appointed time slots.

After 48h, customer lose 20% of your deposit and rest becomes store credit

Last-minute cancellations (within 6 hours) will incur full deposit loss.

Transaction Currency

All transactions on this website are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

When you make a purchase, the final amount charged to your payment method will be in USD.

If your local currency is different from USD, your bank or payment provider may convert the USD amount to your local currency, and they may apply their own exchange rates and conversion fees.

Breakage/Loss

If breakage/loss occurs, notification must be made within 48 hours of service. Key replacement/locksmith fees are paid only if keys are lost or miscoded. There is a $100 per location liability limit for key replacement and/or locksmith services.

Supplies

We uses safe and reliable professional-grade cleaning supplies to clean your home. However, if you own special products that you would like to have used on particular surfaces, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please contact our office to discuss prior to your cleaning so we might provide instructions to your professional house cleaner.

Pets

Please secure all pets in their travel crates or kennels. We will treat all pets with love and respect; however, we cannot be responsible for their escape.
